Last week, HIS+DOM hosted our BEST+FRIEND Family Camp 2024 in Belarus! Our leadership team served 11 Christian foster families, as well as participants from at least 7 local churches. At our camp the parents have a unique opportunity to spend time learning the Bible together with their children. The kids said they enjoyed Bible studies because they learned something new and could share their thoughts openly. Of course, the children loved the sports and big games where they competed as family teams. HIS+DOM wants to reach more orphans for Jesus in Eastern Europe. From mid-April, HIS+DOM hosted 3 successful HIS+MOM retreats for group home foster moms and 3 team retreats where we trained our teammates for Best Friend Family Camp 2024. We also hosted HIS+WAY Bible studies for 5 group homes at least twice a month during April, May and June. HIS+DOM leaders are excited for Best Friend Family Camp 2024. In mid-July, we will have 11 foster families joining us to share Christ’s love and joy. We spend all year preparing for camp, and we are so excited for all the things we have planned for these families! HIS+DOM wants to reach more orphans for Jesus in Eastern Europe.
