In the last month, HIS+DOM leaders and volunteers hosted two HIS+MOM retreats for foster moms from the villages of Sloboda, Minsk, and Bobruisk! Six foster moms attended each retreat. Our foster moms always enjoy this little escape from their daily responsibilities. HIS+DOM wants to reach more orphans for Jesus in Eastern Europe. On November 6th and 9th, Veronica, our HIS+WAY Bible Studies leader, continued reaching group home families near Minsk! During these two evenings Veronica and HIS+DOM team members led HIS+WAY Bible Studies in 6 group homes. Additionally, in the last two weeks, Veronica and HIS+DOM volunteer Olga were invited to a local Christian youth gathering where they introduced the HIS+WAY Bible Studies method. On November 9th, the HIS+DOM leadership team had its second retreat this year. We trained 9 volunteers from 8 local churches who will continue minister with us to orphans, foster kids, and Christian foster parents this year and next year.
