On March 27–28, HIS+DOM collaborated with a multi-church orphan outreach initiative in western Belarus to conduct a seminar led by Pastor and certified counselor Igor Malin, focusing on prevalent emotional and psychological traumas experienced by teenagers. We had 46 attendees from 25 churches.

​HIS+DOM and Pastor Igor Malin conducted a workshop on March 26 focused on effective strategies for navigating interactions with individuals exhibiting toxic behavior. Sixteen educators from a special need orphanage, which receives gifts during HIS+CHRISTMAS and HIS+EASTER, participated in this training session.

On January 24th, the HIS+DOM leadership team held its first retreat of the year, training 9 volunteers from 6 local churches to support orphans, foster children, and Christian foster parents in future initiatives.

Over the past 4 weeks, the HIS+DOM leadership team held three retreats. They trained more than 13 volunteers from 8 local churches who will provide support to orphans, foster children, and Christian foster parents at the upcoming BEST+ FRIEND Family Camp in July.

​HIS+DOM volunteer Lisa expressed her gratitude to HIS+DOM for organizing retreats. She mentioned she would rather attend these retreats than meet with friends, as they provide spiritual relief and prepare her for a leadership role at BEST+ FRIEND Family Camp.

On February 15th, 
the HIS+DOM leadership team had its second retreat this year. We trained 11 volunteers from 8 local churches who will minister with us to orphans, foster children, and Christian foster parents in our upcoming Best+Friend Family Camp in July.

And we are already busy preparing for HIS+EASTER 2025. On April 20th, we will celebrate the resurrection by sharing the story of Jesus with 1000+ orphans and orphanage staff through the distribution of gifts. On December 9th, 
​the HIS+DOM leadership team had its final retreat this year. We trained 12 volunteers from 8 local churches who will minister with us to orphans, foster kids, and Christian foster parents this year and next year. 

Most people in Belarus and Eastern Europe will celebrate Christmas on January 7th (Greek Orthodox Christmas). In Belarus, HIS+DOM plans to provide gifts for orphans and orphan care providers at 8 orphanages/orphan shelters and 25+ Christian group homes. Over 1 300 gift boxes will be delivered by our leaders and volunteers.
