​Becky Collins has been a member of Otter Creek Church since the 70's, when she was a student at Lipscomb.  She began her teaching career at Otter Creek Kindergarten and has since taught in 3 other Christian schools.  She now teaches a 3-day class of 2-year-olds and 2-days of science for young children in pre-school and kindergarten at Lipscomb Academy.  Becky is excited to work with HIS-DOM to help meet the needs of children.

David Knox is a 19-year ministry veteran living in Nashville, TN. He is currently the Missional Discipleship Minister at Otter Creek Church in Brentwood, TN. David visited Belarus in 2015 and fell in love with the work of HIS+DOM and the team members there. Having dedicated his life to serving students and families, he sees the work of HIS+DOM as an extension of his role as a minister. David is married to Susan and has one daughter and one son. He also has a side-hustle as a magician.

Jon Lee has been on the HIS+DOM board of directors since 2017. A lifetime Nashvillian and graduate of Lipscomb University, he has served as the Data Services Director for Corporate Board Member since 1999. Jon has been the President and a board member of the Living Water Project, an all-volunteer run non-profit that partners with impoverished communities around the world to provide clean water, since 2004. The joys of his life are his nieces (Reese and Isabella) and nephews (Beckham and David). Jon is an avid world-traveler and loves visiting Belarus every Spring to connect with dear friends and the great work HIS+DOM is doing there. 

Tracy Hall, PhD is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. He works at AGAPE full time and as an Adjunct Professor in the Lipscomb University MFT Master’s program. He has served on the board of the Tennessee Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (TNAMFT).
