Brittany Mountford is a born and raised Floridian who moved to Nashville in 2012. She is currently a librarian at Lipscomb University and a member at Otter Creek Church. Brittany has worked professionally and in a volunteer capacity with students for the last 7 years, both domestically and abroad. She looks forward to serving as part of the His+Dom board and growing in her understanding of what it means to serve God and love his children.

Jon Lee has been on the HIS+DOM board of directors since 2017. A lifetime Nashvillian and graduate of Lipscomb University, he has served as the Data Services Director for Corporate Board Member since 1999. Jon has been the President and a board member of the Living Water Project, an all-volunteer run non-profit that partners with impoverished communities around the world to provide clean water, since 2004. The joys of his life are his nieces (Reese and Isabella) and nephews (Beckham and David). Jon is an avid world-traveler and loves visiting Belarus every Spring to connect with dear friends and the great work HIS+DOM is doing there.

David Knox is a 15-year youth ministry veteran living in Nashville, TN. He felt called to ministry in middle school, and currently serves as a middle school youth minister (so he
is one of those people getting to live out his dream job). David visited Belarus in 2015 and fell in love with the work of HIS+DOM and the team members there. Having dedicated his life to serving students and families, he sees the work of HIS+DOM as an extension of his role as a youth minister. David is married to Susan and has one daughter and one son. He also has a side-hustle as a magician. |
Mike Neill is a published researcher, author, and speaker, and one of the most respected voices in the Credit Union Movement. Mike and the ServiStar Team teach clients how to become more profitable through outstanding leadership, management, employee engagement, and member experience. ServiStar’s clients have won multiple industry-recognized awards. Earlier in his career, Mike worked as a senior executive where he led his credit union to a number two ranking in member product penetration, and in the top twenty-five in “value to member.” In addition to an undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Mike is certified as an Executive Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Mike has made multiple trips to Belarus to serve alongside HIS+DOM and train leaders. He has spent 11 years by serving in youth camps, teaching and encouraging leaders and mentors.
